Inviva’s Specialist Equity Release Loan has a minimum loan size of$250,000 and a minimum property value of $1,500,000
There is an establishment fee of 0.9% of the total amount of credit up to $2m (for loans over $2m we will provide a fee quote). A variable interest rate starts at 8.70% (8.74% comparison rate*) and will be communicated with the borrower as early as possible.
An in-person valuation is required and is payable by the borrower. We will provide a quote in advance. Government charges will be disclosed in the loan offer.

At the end of the loan term, the balance will need to be repaid. This can be done by selling the property, repaying from other available funds, or potentially refinancing into another facility. Our team ensures a repayment strategy is clearly discussed upfront so there are no surprises later.
