Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Inviva Services Pty Ltd ABN 37 647 505 422 ("Promoter").

2. Promotion

The promotion is called the Inviva Ultimate Melbourne Tennis Experience Promotion ("Promotion").

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion commences at 12:01am (AEDT) on 1 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (AEDT) on 31 December 2026 ("Promotion Period").

4. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees, directors, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter and associated agencies involved in the conduct of the Promotion are ineligible to enter.

Entrants must satisfy all entry requirements within the Promotion Period.

5. How to Enter

To be eligible for entry, an entrant must have:

1. Applied for, through the Promoter:
   
   • an Inviva Home Equity Release Loan;
   • an Inviva Investment Property Equity Release Loan; or
   • an Inviva Specialist Equity Release Loan;
2. Received formal approval for the relevant loan; and
3. Settled the approved loan during the Promotion Period.

Each eligible settled loan application constitutes one (1) entry into the Promotion.

Where multiple eligible loans are settled by the same entrant during the Promotion Period, each settled eligible loan will receive one entry unless otherwise prohibited by law.

Entry is free. The cost of applying for and obtaining a loan forms part of the entrant's normal commercial dealings and is not a separate fee for entry into the Promotion.

6. Prize

There will be one (1) winner.

The winner will receive a prize package for two (2) people consisting of:

• Return business class flights from the winner's nearest Australian capital city to Melbourne (up to AUD $2,000);
• Three (3) nights' accommodation in Melbourne from Friday 29 January 2027 to Monday 1 February 2027 (approximately AUD $4,000);
• Two tickets to both the 2027 Australian Open Men's and Women's Finals (approximately AUD $5,000);
• Corporate hospitality/event access associated with the 2027 Australian Open Finals experience (approximately AUD $2,000);
• Meet and greet experience with Todd Woodbridge (subject to availability and event arrangements);
• Australian Open merchandise pack;
• Spending money of AUD $500.

The total prize pool value is approximately AUD $14,000.

All prize values are in Australian dollars and are correct at the commencement date. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in value.

7. Prize Conditions

The prize:

• is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash;
• must be taken on the dates specified by the Promoter;
• is subject to availability;
• is subject to the terms and conditions of airlines, accommodation providers, ticket providers, venues and event organisers.

The winner and companion are responsible for all costs not specifically stated as being included in the prize, including but not limited to meals, beverages, travel insurance, transfers, incidental expenses and personal spending.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize component with a prize of equal or greater value where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

If the 2027 Australian Open Finals, associated hospitality event or meet and greet experience is cancelled, postponed or materially changed, the Promoter may substitute the relevant component with an alternative of equal or greater value.

The meet and greet component is subject to the availability and participation of Todd Woodbridge. If unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute this component with an alternative experience of equivalent value.

8. Draw

The draw will take place at 11:00am (AEDT) on 6 January 2027 at the Promoter's office at Level 2, 53 Cross Street, Double Bay NSW 2028.

The winner will be selected by random electronic draw from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.

The first valid entry drawn will win the prize.

9. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by telephone and email within two (2) business days of the draw.

The winner's first initial, surname and postcode may be published on the Promoter's website and social media channels as required by law.

10. Verification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants at any time.

The Promoter may require the winner to provide proof of identity, age, residency and eligibility before awarding the prize.

If an entrant is unable to satisfy these requirements, the entry may be deemed invalid.

11. Invalid Entries

The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who:

• tampers with the entry process;
• submits misleading or fraudulent information;
• breaches these Terms and Conditions; or
• acts in a manner that may adversely affect the fair conduct of the Promotion.

12. Unclaimed Prize Draw

If the prize remains unclaimed by 5:00pm (AEDT) on 12 January 2027 despite reasonable efforts by the Promoter to contact the winner, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw.

The unclaimed prize draw will take place at 11:00am (AEDT) on 13 January 2027 at the same location as the original draw.

Any redraw winner will be notified within two (2) business days.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Subject to the above, the Promoter is not responsible for:

• technical failures;
• lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries;
• theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference;
• cancellation or alteration of any travel, event or prize component beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.

14. Privacy

The Promoter collects personal information to conduct the Promotion and may disclose personal information to agents, contractors and service providers assisting with the Promotion.

By entering, entrants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of administering this Promotion.

The Promoter will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy available on its website.

15. Publicity

The winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity and promotional activities associated with the Promotion without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

16. Disputes

Any dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion will be determined by the Promoter acting reasonably.

The Promoter's decisions regarding the Promotion are final, subject to applicable laws and consumer rights.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the entrants’ state/authority in Australia.
